A twisted knee problem.

i have always had a problem with how big the knee pads were on team pants. so here is a way to get rid of this problem. once wrapped with rubber bands wash the pants, and then tumble dry. then remove the rubber bands, and the pads should be perfect and take form the shape of your knee.
